I purchased 1 pillowcase because I was skeptical of the quality. I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The colors were vibrant, the fabric was velvety soft, the zipper worked smoothly. This is a really high quality pillowcase. I ordered 3 more after that. And today I just ordered another 3. The wait is a bit long ( 24-28 days ) to actually receive it...but the money and quality was well worth it. I am very Happy with the product.

YOU MUST USE A HIGH QUALITY PHOTO!!!! I used 1518 X 4096 and it printed perfectly.

I bet a lot of the negative reviews are because they didn't use a high enough quality photo. I was expecting the image to be unclear or messy, but it printed absolutely perfectly.

The colors are rich and beautiful, maybe a little on the saturated side but it's not significant.

The lines are clear and crisp, I don't see ANY blurry lines or pixely parts.

Nothing looks cut off or misaligned.

The cloth is soft and nice.

The zipper is discrete and large enough to stuff a pillow in easily.

Ordered March 6, came in March 31 which was within the delivery window. It delivered in a clear plastic bag within a black plastic mailing bag. No damage on the shipping or anything.

I am overjoyed with how this order turned out! The custom pillow case was delivered much sooner than expected, and was of a durable quality! I was pleasantly surprised by the texture, and the picture dimensions were exactly what I wanted! I bought this custom pillow case separately from a heated body pillow ordered from another vendor, and the pillow case fit perfectly. This is absolutely awesome... I am not obsessed at all I swear (sarcasm)... Two of my three ult biases... If they had made a 3 sided pillow I would have the precious TaeTae (V) on it too... Thinking of making one with Tae and Wonho (I misses him!!!)... Just cuz lmao even though I wouldnt switch the cover due to how hard it was to get it on... Might buy another body pillow lmao!!! Also I hope no one thinks this is creepy... But if I am going to have a decorative pillowcase it might as well have their beautiful aesthetically pleasing faces on it... Even though the biggest reasons these two are my ults arent cuz of looks but that they have such adorable personalities... They are soooooooo cute when (NuNu eats) and (NiNi is being hyper) and especially when they both smile, I love their smiles and their laughs!!! Came early and is super soft!!!

The pillow case came out just as I imagined! Its perfect and I love it to bits! It takes 2 weeks (approximately) to arrive, so if you're going to be ordering this as a gift you better be ordering it in advance since it is coming from China, after all. The only problem I have with this product is that the zipper is way too small, and I ripped my pillowcase a little bit while trying to get the pillow in, which was very difficult it was a two-person job to stuff the case. One person had to hold it, and one person had to stuff the pillow insert in. Since the zipper is so small, I really recommend buying cotton to stuff your pillow case instead of getting a pillow insert if you're afraid of it potentially ripping, which is very probable.

This pillow case makes a really good gift, during the journey to the United States I'm surprised it didn't come with a smell at all. The material is very soft and velvet like, I very much recommend getting this for the affordable price. 🙂
