The following can be the reason of declined payments:
- The name and address of the cardholder didn’t match.
- The card is not authorized for international payments.
- The card has reached the limit of PayPal account.
- Account has insufficient funds.
- Transaction page has timed-out.
- Leaving the page before finishing the checkout procedure.

We are currently enhancing our online payment system to better serve you, which temporarily affects the direct PayPal payment option on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. In the meantime, we’ve established a straightforward alternative process for making purchases using PayPal:
Place Your Order: Add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select the manual PayPal payment option, and place your order. This action will generate an order number and reserve your items.
Instructions for Receiving Payment: By default, we use the PayPal email address provided at the time of your order to send the invoice. If no PayPal email is provided, we will use the email address associated with your order. Our team will promptly send you a PayPal invoice containing the order number and the total amount due.
Complete Your Purchase: Please make your payment using the PayPal invoice sent to you. Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will immediately process and prepare your order for shipment.
When you make a purchase, you agree by default to these terms, including our use of the provided email addresses for billing purposes.
